Opening Reddit, Instagram, or YouTube "just for a second" rarely stays a second.

Blocks adds a pause before you get in. Every time you open a site on your list, you decide how long you'll use it, then the clock starts. When it ends, you're out, and a cooldown keeps you from jumping right back in.

Duration sessions: pick how many minutes you want. When time's up, the site is blocked.
Video count sessions (YouTube): pick how many videos you'll watch. Hit the limit and the session ends.
Cooldowns: set how long you stay locked out after each session type.
Scheduled limits: cap or fully block your sites on chosen days and hours.
Your own list: Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube come ready to go. Add any other site.
Half Full integration: optionally lift limits once your tasks are done.
