YouTubeGrab is a tiny companion extension for youtubegrab.com — a free, no-login YouTube downloader.
What it does
- On a YouTube watch / shorts / youtu.be / m.youtube / music.youtube page, click the toolbar icon and a new tab opens youtubegrab.com/watch?v=<the video id> with every download option ready.
- Click the icon anywhere else and it opens youtubegrab.com so you can paste a link yourself.
What it doesn't do
- It does NOT inject any UI into youtube.com.
- It does NOT read your browsing history.
Permissions
- "tabs" — read the active tab's URL when you click the icon. This is the only permission requested.
