Upon loading certain fandom.com wikis (list below), this extension will redirect you to the corresponding official wiki page. For example, upon clicking a link corresponding to terraria.fandom.com/wiki/Terra_Blade you will instead land on the page terraria.wiki.gg/wiki/Terra_Blade.
