ReadIt helps you discover Reddit discussions about the webpage you are currently viewing.

When you open the extension, it finds Reddit threads that link directly to the exact URL of the active tab. No copying links. No manual searching.

• Finds Reddit posts that link to the current page
• Strict URL matching to prevent unrelated or misleading results
• Fast caching for quick repeat lookups
• Advanced filters (post age, minimum replies, NSFW, removed posts)
• Optional homepage and content-only gating
• Badge counter showing the number of matching threads

ReadIt does not access your browsing history, does not read page content, and does not collect or transmit personal information.

The extension only checks the active tab when needed and processes URLs locally to determine matches.

Based on user feedback and a focus on clearer control, ReadIt now defaults to checking Reddit only when you open the extension.

You can optionally enable Auto-check Reddit on page visit in settings if you prefer automatic lookup.

All requests are sent directly from your browser to Reddit. No analytics. No third-party servers.
