Network Speed Monitor checks your Internet connection at a configurable interval and tells you when it drops and for how long.
At a glance

Settings
Check every 1, 2, 3 or 5 seconds, use your own HTTPS check URL, and choose a light, dark or system theme.
Privacy
Monitoring data is stored locally in Firefox. The extension does not use browsing history, page contents, analytics, accounts or paid services. It sends only two kinds of requests: connectivity checks to Google (or your custom check URL), and a public IP lookup to api.ipify.org.
This measures connection reliability and latency, not download or upload speed.
