"JustAnswer” is a free extension for your Firefox browser that takes the stress out of getting answers to important questions. Instead of sifting through online search results of varying quality, you can connect with verified Experts who’ll give you informed answers in minutes. Had a fever for days? Dog ate chocolate? Legal or tax questions? Chat directly with an Expert for quick peace of mind.

Here’s how it works:
1. Experts will be there for you every time browse.
2. Ask an Expert your question, no search required.
3. JustAnswer will connect you with a verified Expert for a personalized answer to your exact situation.

Remember, this is included with your JustAnswer membership. There’s no additional charge for this easy-to-use tool.

By installing the add-on, JustAnswer will collect and store information obtained from your use of the JustAnswer add-on:

  • Information You Give Us: When you sign up for and use our Services as a customer or Expert (including when you use our online chatbot), we may collect and store Personal Information you provide
  • Information Third Parties Provide About You: We may, from time to time, supplement the information we collect about you online with outside records from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you and to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you.
  • Information We Get from Your Use of The JustAnswer Services: We collect information about the JustAnswer Services that you use and how you use them, like when you open one of our emails or view and interact with our ads and content (collectively, “Usage Information”).
  • Automatic Collection of Information from Cookies and Other Technology: We and our partners use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit the JustAnswer Services, which we use for the same purposes as Usage Information and to help us improve our websites and communications
  • Anonymous or Aggregated Information: We de-identify or aggregate data we receive and may use and disclose it for any business purpose.
