Track your time online, gain insights, and stay productive.
Understand your online habits by tracking the time you spend on different websites and categories. The Dashboard shows totals, charts, a focus score, and a calendar for looking back at any day. The toolbar popup keeps today's summary, hourly activity, and the Tomato Clock one click away.
Block distractions and set limits.
Block a website, an exact URL, or everything under a URL, with exceptions for the pages you still need. Rules can run on selected days and times. Set daily, weekly, or monthly time limits for websites or whole categories, like restricting your most distracting site to 30 minutes a day or blocking it entirely.
Stay focused.
- Tomato Clock: work and break timers in the popup, with optional notifications and optional category blocking during work sessions.
- Focus profiles: allow only the websites and categories you need for a particular activity.
- Goals: set daily or weekly targets or budgets for productive time, a category, or a website, and follow your progress in Insights.
Note: To better capture focused activities like video watching, tracking continues unless you are inactive (no mouse or keyboard use) for 30 minutes. You can change this in Settings.
Privacy-first by design.
No tracking or analytics. Your data stays local, stored entirely in your browser. You can exclude websites from tracking, choose how long history is kept, delete history for a website or date range, and export or restore a backup at any time.
