TRUST Download Manager connects your browser to the TRUST Download Manager desktop app for Windows.
What it does
- Hands the files you download over to the app — up to 32 connections at once, pause and resume at any time, even after a restart.
- Shows a small "Download this video" button on web videos and sends the video to the app.
- Adds "Download with TRUST" to the right-click menu of links, videos and pages.
- Lists the video streams detected on the current page in the toolbar popup.
- If the app is closed, your browser downloads the file normally — nothing is lost.
Requirements
The TRUST Download Manager app for Windows must be installed (free 14-day trial at https://trustapps.app).
No monthly subscription — pay once, yours for life on your PC.
The extension talks only to the app on your own computer (127.0.0.1); it never sends your data to any server.
Note
Some video streaming services do not allow downloading in their terms; the extension does not work on those sites. Please download only content you have the right to download.
Privacy
No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no ads. Cookies of the page you download from are passed only to the app on your computer, so downloads that need your login keep working.
