TextReader turns selected text, articles, and readable webpages into speech using voices provided by your browser and operating system.

Features:

TextReader uses the browser Web Speech API. It does not require an account, contain advertising, use analytics, or send page content to a TextReader-operated server.

Voice availability and quality depend on the browser and operating system. A voice not marked as on-device may use the browser or operating system provider’s network speech service.
