SpeedGrid replaces Microsoft Edge's new-tab page with a clean, personal dashboard for the sites and tools you use every day.
Create focused grids for work, projects, entertainment, finances, or anything else. Give each bookmark up to two useful destinations, arrange everything with drag and drop, and make the layout feel like your own with flexible themes, typography, spacing, card shapes, backgrounds, calendar events, and compact live weather.

Founding Plus expands organization and adds uploaded artwork, premium backgrounds, live weather, read-only calendar connections, saved theme profiles, and automatic restore points for $10 per year.
FAST, FULL-FEATURE NEW TABS
Your saved bookmarks, background and cached images render locally, while online services refresh in the background. Keep the full slide-out settings, bookmark editing, right-click actions and drag-to-reorder controls, with animated GIFs and your saved card styling.
PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS
The complete account-bound dashboard is cached on this device, including settings, artwork, calendar feed URLs and event details, weather locations/forecasts, and limited plan/status information. Scoped sign-in cookie access reconnects your existing SpeedGrid session; tokens are not saved in the dashboard cache. Current Location weather uses browser-authorized location and optional BigDataCloud access. Manual location remains available.
The extension has one narrow job: make SpeedGrid your Edge new-tab experience and provide deliberate Quick Save actions. It does not request browsing-history permission, inspect page content in the background, change your search provider, or inject scripts into unrelated websites.
