Nothing is uploaded. Captures are stitched in your browser and stay there. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no server that ever receives an image.

Known limits, stated plainly: a page taller than about 30,000 pixels is refused rather than captured badly, and a page that scrolls in more than two independent panels is refused up front, because there is no honest way to lay those side by side.
