PrivacyGate Browser Protection is a privacy companion for Microsoft Edge that helps protect sensitive information before it is sent to supported AI services.
When Protection is enabled, PrivacyGate can intercept text and supported files before submission to ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Sensitive information is analyzed locally through the PrivacyGate Desktop companion, and detected values can be reviewed and replaced with privacy-safe placeholders before the protected content is submitted.
