Offline PDF Merge, Split & File Converter EN

Most free PDF tools upload your file to someone's server. This one does not. Every file is processed inside your browser, so drawings, contracts, datasheets and quotes stay on your computer. It even works with the network switched off.

PDF TOOLS
• Merge PDF: combine up to 20 files in the order you choose
• Split PDF: extract page ranges, or save selected pages as separate PDFs in one ZIP
• Organize pages: drag page thumbnails to reorder, remove or duplicate pages
• Delete pages: click the pages to remove and save the rest
• Rotate PDF: all pages or only the pages you pick
• Compress PDF: make a file smaller for email, with lossless clean-up or image compression
• PDF to JPG or PNG: save pages as images at 72 to 300 dpi, downloaded as a ZIP
• Add page numbers: choose position, format, first number and size
• Sign PDF: draw your signature, or place a signature, logo or stamp image on the page
• Watermark PDF: CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or any text, with angle and opacity
• Edit PDF properties: change title, author and keywords, or remove all metadata
• Flatten PDF form: turn filled form fields into fixed page content
• PDF to text: extract the text into a plain .txt file

FILE CONVERTERS
• Images to PDF: site photos and scans into one PDF, A4 or US Letter, with margins
• Image resizer: shrink photos for email and convert to WebP, JPEG or PNG
• DXF to SVG: preview a 2D CAD drawing and save it as SVG, no CAD software needed
• CSV comma ↔ semicolon: fix CSV files that open in a single Excel column

Limits: up to 30 MB and 500 pages per job. Password-protected PDFs are not supported. "Sign PDF" places a visible signature image; it is not a certificate-based digital signature. Editing a PDF that already has a digital signature removes that signature, as with any tool.
