myNotes is a full-page notepad extension for Microsoft Edge that provides a clean, distraction-free workspace for writing and editing notes.

Open the editor from the browser toolbar and create new notes or open existing plain-text and Markdown files. The editor provides rich-text formatting tools, including bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, headings, blockquotes, code blocks, bulleted and numbered lists, hyperlinks, undo, and redo.

Markdown files are converted into a visual editing format and converted back to Markdown when saved. You can use Find and Replace to search your notes, navigate between matches, replace individual matches, or replace all occurrences. Case-sensitive searching is also supported.

myNotes supports saving changes directly to a selected file when browser file access is available. Where direct file writing is unavailable, you can save a copy using Save As. Unsaved drafts are stored locally on your device and restored when you reopen the editor.

The interface includes light and dark themes, word and character counts, file-type information, and save-status indicators to help you manage your work.
