Event Exporter for Google Calendar — CSV EN

Google Calendar can only hand you an .ics file of everything you own. If what you need is a spreadsheet of what is actually on the calendar — for a timesheet, a client report, a plan for next quarter — there is no button for that. This adds one.

Open any view, click Export, and you get a row per event: title, start and end in ISO-8601 with the timezone offset, duration in minutes, all-day flag, recurring flag, calendar, and the label exactly as it was drawn on screen so you can always check a value against the page.

Most calendar exporters read the little text on each event and parse it with a pattern. That is why they fall apart on a 24-hour locale, why an all-day event lands at midnight, why a weekly stand-up collapses into a single row, and why a calendar shown in another timezone comes out shifted. This one reads the event's own identifier instead, which carries the exact instant of each recurring occurrence and the calendar it belongs to. The visible text is kept as a column, not used as the source of truth.

It also refuses to hand you a quietly incomplete file. Month view hides events behind "+2 more" — when that is happening it says so and re-runs the same dates through Schedule view. Multi-day events are exported once with their real span, not once per day, and one that runs past the edge of the exported range is flagged instead of guessed. Events you declined are flagged too, not dropped. If an end time genuinely cannot be read, the duration cell is left empty rather than filled with a made-up hour.

Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. It reads the page you already have open and writes the file straight to your downloads.

How to use
1. Open calendar.google.com in the view you want — day, week, month, Schedule or a search result.
2. Click Export CSV at the bottom right.
3. Choose CSV or Excel, or set a date range and export that instead.
4. Optionally tick the details box to also collect guests, location and description; it opens each event in turn, so it is slower.

Privacy
Runs entirely in your browser. It reads the calendar page you have open, keeps two small preferences in local extension storage, and writes the file to your computer. No account, no server, no tracking, nothing sent anywhere.
