Edge Music brings your local MP3 and WAV collection into a compact player for Microsoft Edge. Open a movable player window, switch to a mini view, or keep your controls in the Edge sidebar while you browse.
A PLAYER THAT FITS YOUR DAY
• Import multiple MP3 or WAV files with Add files or drag and drop.
• Play, pause, stop, skip tracks and seek to the moment you want.
• Adjust volume, mute, shuffle your playlist, or repeat one track or the whole playlist.
• Shape the sound with a five-band equalizer and Flat, Bass boost, Voice and Soft presets.
• Watch a live spectrum respond to your audio.
• Search, reorder and remove saved tracks.
• Keep music playing when you close the player controls, while Edge remains running.
YOUR PLAYLIST, SAVED LOCALLY
Edge Music saves copies of imported audio, your playlist order, player preferences and playback position on your device. Reopen Edge Music to find your collection ready. After restarting the browser, playback stays paused until you press Play.
No account, subscription or cloud upload is required. Edge Music does not collect browsing history or send your music to the developer. Removing a track deletes its saved copy from the extension, leaving your original file untouched.
A CLEAN DESIGN
A charcoal interface, mint accents and compact controls keep your music within reach. Use the regular player, mini view or sidebar to suit the way you browse.
GET STARTED
1. Install Edge Music and click its toolbar icon.
2. Add your MP3 or WAV files.
3. Press Play and enjoy your music while browsing.
PLEASE NOTE
This is a local-file player, not a streaming service or music downloader. WAV playback depends on the file's audio encoding; PCM WAV is recommended. Imported files use device storage. Uninstalling the extension or clearing its data removes the saved collection. Keep your original music files. The floating window is movable but is not guaranteed to stay above other windows. Edge must remain running for playback.
